Health-Care Law hearing

A federal appeals court will allow a recording of oral arguments in a challenge to the constitutionality of the health-care law on June 8, but it won’t be posting it online.

Instead, the Atlanta-based 11th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals will sell a limited number of CD copies of the arguments for $26 on the day of argument, according to a court announcement PDF.

The 11th Circuit is one of at least three federal appeals courts considering challenges to the law’s requirement that Americans carry health insurance or pay a tax penalty.
