NLRB returns to make-whole relief rule

The NLRB recently eliminated a Bush-Board era rule on make-whole relief.  In Goya Foods of Florida the NLRB determined that it had “abruptly departed” from well-established precedent without acknowledging the change in remedial policy or providing any rational for it.
