Original Post:

Have you been following on the Supreme Court Us. Dep’t of Health and Human Services v. Florida oral arguments?  Today is day 2 of the scheduled arguments.  Three main issues were divided into three days – (1) the power to decide; (2) fate of the mandate; and (3) beyond the mandate.

There are several places where you can catch up.  As with everything, I would recommend going straight to the source, rather than relying on news stories or commentaries that may distort or miss arguments.

Briefs can be found here: http://www.scotusblog.com/case-files/cases/u-s-department-of-health-and-human-services-v-florida/

Audio of the oral arguments can be found here.

In the meantime, I will review these briefs and catch up on the debate.
